The Founders.
Twin sisters with over a decade each in UK real estate, built their careers at the intersection of corporate residential real estate, development, and entrepreneurial operations. Collectively their corporate backgrounds span Build-to-Rent, residential-led new-build development, and large-scale regeneration, delivering over 2,500 homes through roles at organisations including Delph Property Group, Berkeley Group - St George, Taylor Wimpey, and JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). They have supported major projects for clients such as Muse by Morgan Sindall, Clarion, U+I, L&Q and London local authorities including Camden, Ealing and Westminster. Beyond their corporate work, they have built and operated their own Serviced Accommodation and HMO business ventures since the age of 21 after studying Business Law at University. ​​​
Across every corner of the industry they’ve worked in; corporate, operational, and entrepreneurial and directly with every consumer profile across domestic and international markets; the same issue emerges: fragmented, unreliable data creating unnecessary friction. This firsthand perspective is central to Port IQ's creation. With institutional precision and entrepreneurial agility, they are rebuilding property intelligence from the ground up.
